摘  要:以89个厚皮甜瓜品种为试验材料,测定低温胁迫条件(18℃)下种子萌芽期相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对胚根长度和相对活力指数;采用相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数分析和逐步回归分析等方法综合评价萌芽期耐冷性。结果表明,厚皮甜瓜不同品种种子萌芽期耐冷性不同,相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对胚根长度和相对活力指数5项指标间呈正相关。通过主成分分析将5个单项指标转换为2个相互独立的综合指标,通过隶属函数分析对各综合指标相对重要性加权获得各品种耐冷性综合评价D值,以D值为89份甜瓜材料排序,从高到低区分其耐冷性,并建立评价厚皮甜瓜耐冷性回归方程。Total 89 melon cultivars were used to evaluate comprehensively chilling resistance based on relative germination percentage, relative germination potential, relative germination index, relative radicle length, and relative vigor index at 18 ℃, with using variance analysis, principal com- ponents analysis, hierarchical cluster analysis and regression analysis at germination stage. The results showed that the degree of tolerance varied among melon cultivars, with a positive correlation between relative germination percent, relative germination potential, relative germination index, relative radicle length, and relative vigor index. These results showed that the five single indices could be classified into two independent comprehensive components by principal components analysis, and the relative importance of the comprehensive index was weighted to obtain chilling tolerance comprehen- sive evaluation D value, which of the size of 89 melon materials were ranked high to low to distinct the strength of its chilling tolerance by membership function analysis, then the regression equation for identifying chilling tolerance in melon was established.
