摘 要:蝇蛹金小蜂是实蝇类害虫蛹期重要寄生蜂之一,该蜂已在国外用于控制实蝇类害虫,但对不同实蝇害虫的寄生特性尚缺乏研究。以蝇蛹金小蜂为研究对象,采用"H"型管和培养皿两种方法,研究蝇蛹金小蜂对寄主的选择行为,以探究寄生蜂对寄主种类的选择偏好性。结果发现,蝇蛹金小蜂在桔小实蝇和瓜实蝇蛹同时存在的情况下,在桔小实蝇蛹上停留的寄生蜂数量较多,寄生率较高,表明寄生蜂偏好选择寄生桔小实蝇。Pachycrepoideus vindemmiae Rondani is one of the important parasitic wasps in the pupa stage of fruit flies,it is a good candidate for the biological control of flies. In order to understand the host selection of P. vindemmiae,the "H" tube and petri dish experiments were conducted in laboratory. Choices were made for the parasitoids between Bactrocera dorsalis and B. cucurbitae pupae,the parasitoid of P. vindemmiae preferred pupae of B. dorsalis to B. cucurbitae. It was concluded that the preference of P. vindemmiae was affected by different hosts,which provided theoretical basis and technical support for controlling fruit flies.
