重庆市某微电园区电子企业职工职业卫生认知现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市某微电园区2家电子企业作业人员职业卫生认知情况,分析电子企业职业病危害现状,为电子企业职业病防治工作提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对该园区2家电子企业407名职工进行问卷调查。结果 2家电子企业职工职业卫生认知平均分为(19.09±2.64)分,且不同工龄组、接触不同职业病危害因素的职工其得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。95.3%的职工认为企业发放个人防护用品,仅36.1%的职工认为企业经常更换个人防护用品;70.5%的职工认为企业开展职业卫生培训,仅7.1%的职工认为企业经常开展职业卫生培训;不同工龄组、不同年龄组职工对企业的防护措施、个人防护、应急救援和职业培训等方面认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子企业职工职业卫生认知水平有待提高,企业应加强职业卫生管理,采取综合性措施促进职业健康教育和健康促进工作。[Objective]To investigate the cognition of occupational health among employees in two electronic technology enterprises of a micro electric park in Chongqing City,analyze the status of occupational hazards in electronic technology enterprises,and provide the basis for of occupational disease prevention and control work for electronic business.[Methods]By using stratified random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 407 workers in two electronic technology enterprises of the park.[Results]The average scores of occupational health cognition among employees in two electronic technology enterprises were（19.09±2.64）points,and there were statistically significant differences in the scores among different groups in working years and exposure to different occupational hazards（P 0.05）. 95.3% of the employees deemed that the enterprises have issued the personal protective equipment,but only 36.1% thought that the enterprises have regularly replaced the personal protective equipment. 70.5% of the employees deemed that the enterprises have carried out occupational hygienic training,but only 7.1% thought that the training was frequent. There were statistically significant differences in the cognition of enterprises＇ protective measures,personal protection,emergency rescue and occupational training among different groups in age and working years（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The cognition level of occupational health among employees in electronic technology enterprises need to be improved. The enterprises should strengthen the occupational health management, and take the comprehensive measures to promote the occupational health education and health promotion.
