摘　　要：结合7 m顶装焦炉的工艺和控制要求,介绍7 m顶装焦炉设备电气控制系统的构成、功能和特点等。7 m顶装焦炉成套设备是太原重工自主研发设计制造的大型炼焦设备,有焦炉车辆联锁系统、焦炉车辆自动对位系统以及带位置检测和记忆功能的炉门装置,其焦炉控制系统控制精度比6 m焦炉有了很大提高,达到国内先进水平。Combining with the 7 m top loading process and control requirement of the coke oven, this paper briefly introduces the 7 m coke oven equipment composition, functions and features of electric control system, etc. The 7 m coke oven equipment is the Taiyuan Heavy Industry independent research and development design of large metallurgical equipment, including coke oven vehicles interconnection system, automatic registration system of coke oven vehicles,position detection and memory function furnace equipment, and its control system got more improvement that that of 6 m coke oven, which achieved domestic level.
