摘  要:针对传统的真空感应炉钢锭模浇注所得铸态组织缺陷多、与大生产中连铸坯不同等问题,设计了50 kg真空感应炉的结晶器下铸系统,并制作了配套模具,进行了工艺试验,有效避免了上铸所带来的铸锭缺陷(气孔、缩松、夹杂等)问题,利于高性能钢的开发和冶炼。The tradition vacuum induction furnace and its pouring system get the ingot with many defects, and the organization state is different from the continuous casting billet. This paper designed a 50 kg vacuum induction furnace's underside-pouring system, produced supporting mold, and tested. The results shows that the system can avoid the defects of upside-pouring (stoma, shrinkage, inclusion, etc) and make the same organization of continuous casting billet. Its high quality received users' high opinion.
