基于Lingo下的众筹筑屋规划方案的优化设计

摘　　要：近年来在国际国内发展迅速,逐渐成为促进中小型企业融资和发展的新型动力.众筹筑屋是互联网时代一种新型的房地产形式.根据已给众筹项目规划设计中的各类数据,通过分析研究,给出了更为合理详细的信息公布表,在考虑参筹者购买意愿及投资利润率的前提下设计了新的方案,建立了数学模型,并用Excel和Lingo软件对模型进行优化求解,经验证该方案的设计是最优的.The characteristics of the international and domestic developing rapidly in recent years, gradually become a new impetus to the development of small and medium-sized enterprise financing and. According to raise project has been to all the planning and design of various types of data, through the analysis and research, gives a more reasonable released detailed information table, considering the cords to raise purchase intention and return on investment under the premise of the design of the new scheme, established the mathematical model, using Excel and Lingo software to optimize the model solving, verified the scheme design is optimal.
