专项处方点评促进医院合理用药的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨专项处方点评对医院合理用药的促进作用。方法:2012年6月-2015年9月期间上海交通大学附属胸科医院共进行15项71次专项处方点评。分析处方点评的方法,评价专项处方点评前后用药合理率和药品用量的变化。结果:专项处方点评后不合理用药发生率较点评前显著减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),注射用复合辅酶、注射用磷酸肌酸钠和注射用盐酸丙帕他莫异常使用量降低97.81%、96.92%和49.12%。急性心肌梗死、肺叶切除及食管癌手术病人药品费用降低56.68%、54.11%和31.77%。结论:专项处方点评对促进医院合理用药发挥了积极的作用。Objective：To discuss the promotion of rational use of drugs in the hospital by special prescription reviews（SPR）.Methods：Fifteen SPRs encompassing 71 items were performed from June,2012 to September,2015 in the Chest Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University.The methods of prescription reviews were analyzed,and changes in the rates of rational drug use and the amounts of drug consumed were evaluated,before and after SPR.Results：After SPR,the rate of irrational drug use decreased significantly,as compared with that before SPR（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.The unreasonable application of coenzyme complex for injection,creatine phosphate sodium for injection and propacetamol hydrochloride for injection were decreased by 97.81%,96.92% and 49.12%,respectively.The drug costs for the patients with acute myocardial infarction,pulmonary lobectomy and esophagus cancer surgery were decreased by 56.68%,54.11% and 31.77%,respectively.Conclusion：SPR had a positive role in the promotion of rational use of drugs in the hospital.
