河北省8家三级甲等医院抗菌药物专项整治效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析河北省8家三级甲等综合医院的抗菌药物应用情况,考察抗菌药物专项整治活动的效果。方法:从河北省抗菌药物临床应用监测网中提取8家三级甲等医院的门诊、住院病人资料,对抗菌药物专项整治活动前(2011年1-6月)、中(2012年1-6月)、后(2013年1-6月)各项指标进行统计和分析。结果:专项整治活动前、中、后,8家三级甲等医院门诊处方抗菌药物使用率平均为15.84%、13.44%、12.12%;住院病人抗菌药物使用率平均为63.62%、52.38%、49.02%;住院病人抗菌药物使用强度平均为53.60DDDs、41.49DDDs、39.89DDDs。结论:抗菌药物专项整治活动效果明显。Objective：To analyze the utilization of antibacterials in 8tertiary first class hospitals of Hebei Province,so as to evaluate the effectiveness of antibacterial special rectification activity.Methods：Both outpatient and inpatient data of 8tertiary first-class hospitals were extracted from the surveillance network on clinical application of antimicrobial agents in Hebei Province.The indicators before（Jan.2011 to June 2011）,during（Jan.2012 to June 2012）and after（Jan.2013 to June 2013）antibacterial special rectification were analyzed statistically.Results：Before,during and after special rectification activities,the average antibacterial applications were 15.84%,13.44% and 12.12%,respectively.The application rates of antibacterials in the inpatients of the 8hospitals on the average were 63.62%,52.38% and 49.02%.The average antibacterial use density（AUD）of the 8hospitals were 53.60 DDDs,41.49 DDDs and 39.89 DDDs,respectively.Conclusion：The effect of the special rectification activity was on the whole obvious.
