摘  要:针对单管程换热器管箱防冲板做了模拟仿真,分析了蒸汽通过不同结构防冲板后,对于管板的冲击情况。分别以圆形防冲板、锥形防冲板、圆形带孔防冲板为研究对象,通过仿真得出,在相同参数条件下,圆形带孔防冲板实现管板表面流速均匀、冲击小的效果最好。Simulation was performed with respect to impingement plate in the channel of heat exchanger with single tube-side. The situations that tubesheets with different impingement plates was impacted by fluid were analyzed. In simulation circle impingement plate, conical impingement plate and circle impingement plate with holes were used respectively. It was resulted from simulation that under the same condition the fluid on surface of tubesheet has the most homogeneous flow speed when circle impingement plate with holes was used so that the best effect of impact protection can be reached.
