摘 要:对钉螺孳生聚集与其微环境细菌群落之间的关系进行研究,分析它们之间的相关性,为鄱阳湖区草洲查螺和控螺提供科学理论依据。通过高通量测序技术,结合相关生物信息学,分析聚螺点和无螺点微环境细菌群落多样性差异。结果:钉螺孳生聚集与其微环境细菌群落的总丰度、多样性、结构和COG功能基因方面存在显著的相关性。钉螺孳生聚集点比无螺点的细菌群落总丰度少76.33%、群落丰富度低29.5%、群落分布均匀性差7.8%、多样性少6%、预测到的COG功能基因丰度高88.2倍、钉螺伴生细菌群落丰度高出7倍以上,钉螺伴减细菌群落丰度低于7倍以下。This paper mainly studied the relationship between Oncomelania hupensis aggregation and microenvironment bacterial flora,analyzed the correlation between them,and provided scientific theoretical basis for the control of Oncomelania hupensis in Poyang Lake district. The diversity of bacterial flora in the microenvironment of high clustered spots and no Oncomelania spots was analyzed with high-throughput sequencing technology and relevant bioinformatics. The Oncomelania hupensis aggregation group has significant correlations with its micro environment bacterial abundance,diversity,microbial community structure and the COG functional gene. Conclusion: The Oncomelania hupensis aggregation group from high clustered spots had 76. 33% lower of bacterial abundance,29. 5% lower of community richness and 7. 8% lower of distribution uniformity,6% lower of diversity,7 times low-er of abundance of Oncomelania hupensis positively correlated bacteria,88. 2 times higher of predicted COG functional gene abundance,and more than 7 times lower of population richness of Oncomelania hupensis-negatively correlated bacteria than no-Oncomelania hupensis group.
