摘　　要：从历史地震来看,国内地震造成的建筑物破坏中农村民居占了很大比例,伤亡人员绝大部分也是农村居民。不进行抗震设防的农村民居成为危害农村居民生命安全、造成重大财产损失的重要隐患。小震致灾、大震大灾是我国农村地震灾害的显著特点。汶川、鲁甸、岷漳地震的教训认识到这一问题的重要性与紧迫性。在抽样调查的基础上,对山西省北部农村民居的现状进行了总结,分析了影响农居抗震性能的因素,指出了制约山西省农居建筑抗震能力提升的原因,给出提升农居抗震能力的对策及建议,研究结果对今后农村房屋的改造与新建具有一定的借鉴意义。In recent years,domestic earthquake caused the collapse building rural dwellings accounts for a great proportion,most of the farmers,the rural houses and villages and towns public facilities become a danger to farmers＇ life,have caused heavy casualties of the important hidden trouble. In reality,small earthquake may lead to medium damage and large earthquake may produce severe damage in rural area of China. The lessons learnt from 2008 Wenchuan earthquake demonstrate the importance and urgency about this problem. This article is based on the sample survey to the building stage,summarized the current situation of rural residential areas in northern Shanxi province,analyzes the factors affecting rural residential seismic performance,pointing out the reasons for restricting Shanxi residential buildings in seismic capacity,and the rural building in Shanxi Province of earthquake resistance and disaster mitigation measures and suggestions are given. The result is significant to reconstructing of old houses and design of new buildings in future.
