摘　　要：针对信息系统一卡通项目建设过程中Philip Mifare1-S70卡片的残次品问题,通过对卡片故障现象进行深入分析,得出卡片异常情况有读卡失败、写卡失败、写入与读出内容不一致3种常见类型,并结合工程案例提出了一种区块可用性校验方法,给出了具体的区块可用性校验步骤和实现过程。实际应用表明,通过这种事先校验的手段,测试人员能够快速地挑拣出有故障的卡片,杜绝了异常卡片进入流通环节,为企业节约了人力及物力成本。Through in-depth analysis of card fault phenomena on Philip Mifare1-S70 card of defective products in the construction process of One-Card system,a conclusion is obtained that there are three types of abnormal card cases,such as the failure of reading card,the failure of writing card and the inconsistency of reading data and writing data. Meanwhile,a block availability verification method is proposed,which introduces the concrete blocks available verification steps and implementation process in conjunction with project cases. The practical applications have shown that testers can quickly distinguish and pick out faulty card using this pre-check means,so as to eliminate the abnormal card into the circulation and save labor and the physical resource cost for enterprises.
