摘 要:为了探讨区域产业结构与能源结构的关联关系,以低碳为切入点,基于产业结构与能源结构关联的内涵,从低碳产出、低碳消耗、低碳能源、低碳排放等四个方面构建评价指标体系。基于最优组合赋权法和灰色关联分析法建立低碳关联模型,并对2000-2012年河北省产业结构与能源结构的低碳关联度进行实证分析。结果表明:河北省产业结构与能源结构的低碳关联度大体呈上升态势;人均GDP增长率、能源结构多元化系数、CO_2排放、第二产业碳生产力、可再生能源比例、SO_2排放等指标对河北省产业结构与能源结构低碳关联影响显著。In this study,we addressed the correlation between regional industrial structure and energy structure,with low carbon as the breakthrough point. We developed an evaluation index system based on the correlation between the industrial structure and energy structure,including low-carbon output,low-carbon consumption,low-carbon energy,and low-carbon emissions. Using optimal combination weights and gray relation analysis,we also developed a low-carbon correlation model. In addition,we carried out an empirical analysis of low-carbon correlation between regional industrial structure and energy structure between 2000 and 2012 in Hebei Province. The results show that the low-carbon correlation between regional industrial structure and energy structure was generally increasing in Hebei Province. The indexes-per capita GDP growth,the diversification coefficient of the energy sector,carbon dioxide emissions,carbon productivity of secondary industries,proportion of renewable energy,sulfur dioxide emissions-had significant effects on the low-carbon correlation between the industrial structure and energy structure in Hebei province.
