摘 要:为研究小麦经高能混合粒子场诱变后的辐照效应,本文研究了运用高能混合粒子场处理小麦,以半致矮剂量67和83 Gy对普通小麦品种川辐6号和八倍体小黑麦ZSJ11的干种子进行诱变处理,并干-20℃储藏9个月;以200 Gy^(60)Co-γ射线辐照和未辐照的干种子为对照,调查各处理下主要农艺性状。结果表明,八倍体小黑麦和普通小麦经高能混合粒子场处理后,均表现出一定的辐照生物学效应,且八倍体小黑麦的辐照敏感性低于普通小麦。67 Gy的高能混合粒子场处理对八倍体小黑麦和普通小麦的生物学效应均大于200 Gy的^(60)Co-γ射线辐照处理。83 Gy高能混合粒子场诱变已达到八倍体小黑麦和普通小麦的致死剂量,致死剂量与前人研究结果存在差异的原因可能是辐照之后的"储藏效应"影响了辐照的损伤程度。本文可为以小麦高能混合粒子场模拟空间诱变育种提供一定的参考。In order to study the mutaganic effects of high energy mixed particles field irradiation on wheat, the dry seeds of common wheat CF6 and Octoploid Triticale ZSJll were irradiated by high energy mixed particles field with the HD50 dosages of 67 and 83 Gy and then stored under - 20 ℃ for 9 months. The seeds untreated and treated by 200 Gy γ-ray were used as control, and then their major agronomic traits were investigated. The result showed that all groups with treatment of high energy mixed particles field had mutations, and ZSJ11 had a lower sensitivity to irradiation than CF6. The biological effects of 67 Gy high energy mixed particles field irradiation on ZSJ11 and CF6 were greater than that of 200 Gy γ ray irradiation. The lethal dose of high energy mixed particles field irradiation for ZSJ11 and CF6 was 83 Gy. The causes of the difference with pre study might be that 'storagc effect' affected the irradiation damage degree after irradiation. The study could provide a certain reference for high energy particles mixed field mutation breeding in wheat.
