摘  要:以优良玉米自交系综31的幼胚为受体材料,采用农杆菌介导法将来自微生物耐辐射奇球菌(Deinococcus radiodurans)的抗旱基因IrrE转入玉米幼胚组织细胞中,转化后的细胞通过抗性筛选,分化再生成苗。结果表明,经特异PCR检测,42株植株转入了IrrE基因,有29株收获种子。T_1代在温室大棚控制水肥试验及脯氨酸等生理生化指标检测表明,转基因植株具有良好的耐旱特性,为抗旱玉米新品种选育提供了较好的亲本材料。Taken the maize inbred' Zhong-31 ' as the transgenie receptor, the drought- resistant gene(IrrE) from Deinococcus radiodurans by Agrobacterium - mediated was transformed into the immature-embryos of Zhong-31, its immature-embryos were screen out,differentiated and regenerated plants. The result showed that IrrE in 42 transgenic plants fi'om initial regenerated plants by PCR detection were identified, of which the seeds of their 29 plants were harvested. Based on the regulation of water and nutrients, the analysis of proline, and so on for Tt , the resuhs indicated that transgenic plants had well drought-resisting characters, which provided a good parent planta for drought resistant breeding of maize.
