摘  要:为了探究壮秧剂对水稻秧苗形态及生理特征的影响,以‘玉香油占'为试验材料,壮秧剂的不同用量与施用方武为条件,研究了壮秧剂对秧苗成秩率、株高、干物质积累以及SOD等抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,在A种方式(软盘底施壮秧剂)下秧苗成秧率普遍高于其它方式,其中以每盘施用10 g壮秧剂成秧率显著高于其它用量水平,达到73.77%,较CK显著提高17.16%;同时株高显著降低43.51%,苗高干重比显著增加50.53%;叶片SOD和POD活性均高于CK,但各用量水平间差异不显著。因此A种方式下每盘施用10 g壮秧剂,能够提高秧苗叶片SOD和POD活性,提高其抗氧化能力,降低株高,从而达到"壮秧"的目的。The experiment was carried out to study the effects of seedling-strengthening agent (SSA) on morphological and physiological char- acteristics of rice seedlings. Adult seedling rate, seedling height, dry matter weight and protective enzymes activity were studied with Yux- iangyouzhan. The results showed that under mode A (SSA applied at the bottom of the floppy disk) the seedlings showed the difference. While applying 10 g SSA to each dish under mode A, adult seedling rate reached 73.77 % , significantly improved by 17.16 % than CK; Seedling height was significantly shortened by 43.51%, and dry weight per unite plant height was significantly improved by 50.53 % ; SOD and POD activity in leaves were higher than other modes, thus increased antioxidant capacity, then strengthened the rice seedlings.
