摘 要:采用90株/盘的烟苗密度培育烟苗,研究了3叶1心期、4叶1心期和5叶1心期烟苗在不同接蚜量条件下烟蚜的繁殖数量。结果表明,接蚜时烟苗生长期和接蚜量是影响烟蚜数量的2个重要因素,二者对繁蚜效果的影响皆显著。在烟苗生长时期为5叶1心、接蚜量为9头/株的条件下,可获得较好的繁蚜效果,累计繁蚜量可达2839头/株以上。Tobacco seedlings were cultivated with transplanting 90 tobacco seedlings per floating plate. The aphid numbers in three slices of true leaf, four slices of true leaf and five slices of true leaf were compared, which inoculated 1,3,5, 7,9, 11, 13 and 15 aphids, respec- tively. The results showed that tobacco seedling developing period during inoculating aphid and inoculating aphid numbers were two impor- tant factors influencing aphid number, both of which showed a striking effect. With tobacco seedling in five slices of true leaf and inoculating 9 aphids per plant, desirable rearing results were achieved. The accumulating numbers of aphid were 2839.20 per plant.
