摘  要:新疆塔中地区中古8井区中上部地层成岩性差、机械钻速快;但易出现井眼垮塌事故。中下部地层井壁不稳定,易出现周期性垮塌。部分层位抗研磨性强,易造成钻头损坏,而水平段地层会出现井漏严重、压力低、漏喷共存等复杂情况。针对这些提速难点,通过针对不同地层的多种PDC和牙轮钻头优选、votex旋转导向工具、水力振荡器、欠平衡钻井技术等提速技术的应用,形成了一套适合中古8井区的钻井提速技术。经过现场12口井的试验,三开水平段钻井周期平均缩短了24.7%。此套提速技术的应用为整个塔中地区的钻井提速提供了技术保障。The formation of the upper strata is poor and ROP is high in 8 well area of Middle Tarim Basin,but easy to borehole collapse,it’s easy to exist periodic collapse in the middle and lower strata and its wellbore wall is instable,Some of the layers with strong abrasive resistance are easy to cause damage to the drill bit,and horizontal stratum will appear serious leakage,low pressure,leakage and blowout and such on. Aiming at these difficulties in speed,the multiple PDC and roller cone bit selections were maken,votex rotation steering tools,hydraulic oscillator,under balanced drilling technology speed technology according to different strata,and formed a set to suit the middle 8 well area of fast drilling technology. After the field test of 12 wells,the average drilling period of three open horizontal section has been shortened by 24. 7%. The application of this set of speed technology provides technical support for the drilling speed of zhonggu 8 well area of Middle Tarim Basin.
