摘　　要：随着高等教育日益大众化,农村生源大学生在大学生群体中占有越来越大的比重。受传统教育、成长环境、家庭观念和个体因素的影响,农村生源大学生的职业认知较为模糊,导致他们的就业选择比较被动、盲目和不切实际。如何加强对农村生源大学生的就业支持,提升他们的就业竞争力,成为当代教育部门和全社会共同关注的重要议题。With the growing popularity of higher education, the university students from rural areas have occupied an increasingly large proportion in university student group. Under the influences of traditional education, growing environment, family values and individual factors, the occupational cognition of USRA is relatively vague, which leads to their passive, blind and unrealistic in the employment choice. How to strengthen the employment support to USRA and enhance their employment competitive power is an important issue of contemporary education department and the whole society＇ s common concern.
