住院患者及其家属健康素养及影响因素的调查

摘　　要：目的了解住院患者及其家属的健康素养水平,并探究其影响因素,为采取针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法选取上海市某三级甲等医院住院患者及其家属660名为研究对象,以自行编制的一般资料调查表和中国公民健康素养调查问卷(2008版)对其进行调查。结果住院患者及其家属的健康素养总分为(40.02±8.36)分,健康素养的总体具备率为4.39%,其中不同类别、性别、民族、婚姻状况及否住过院或生过重病住院患者及其家属健康素养的得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);不同年龄、文化程度、居住地、家庭平均月收入及家人生病住院对自己健康知识有影响的住院患者及其家属健康素养的得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论住院患者及其家属健康素养水平较低,医护人员应该采取针对性措施,促进健康信息的传播,提高患者及其家属的健康素养水平。Objective To explore the health literacy of inpatients and their family members,and to investi- gate the influencing factors,so as to provide evidence for targeted interventions.Methods Totally 660 cases were selected and investigated by self-designed general questionnaire and Chinese residents health literacy questionnaire （2008 version）.Results The total health literacy score was （40.02 ± 8.36）, with the overall level of health literacy of 4.39%.There was no statistical singifincace of health literacy was found between inpatients and their family members with different category, gender, ethnic groups, marital status and hospitalization experience and critical disease history （all P〈0.05）.There were statistically significances of total score of health literacy of respondents with different ages, education levels, places of residence, situa- tions of hospitalization of family members and family monthly income（all P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： The health literacy of inpatients and their family members is low.The medical personnel should take targeted measures to improve the dissemination of health information to improve health literacy of patients and their families.
