摘　　要：通过对非接触式检测技术进行比较和测试,设计带斗门机漏斗撒落物料的自动检测装置,并能识别撒料的轻重程度,检测有效率达97%以上。开发带斗门机撒料数据监控与处理的信息化管理平台,实现撒料信号的检测、预警、分析和统计等功能。The automatic detecting device of sprinkling material from the funnel on the portal crane is designed by the comparison and test of contactless detecting technique. The severity of sprinkling material is recognized and the detecting accuracy is up to 97% and above. Meanwhile, the information management and data control platform of sprinkling material from the funnel on the portal crane is developed with the functions Of detection, forewarning, analysis and statistics.
