摘　　要：阐述轮胎吊测速编码器的现状,找出测速编码器各类故障发生的主要原因。利用动态指标和故障代码等方法,准确定位故障,并形成一套较为完整的检修流程。通过加强维护和防干扰等预防措施,提高设备运行的可靠性。In order to solve the failure of pulse generator, the analysis regarding current status of pulse generator of rubber tired gantry crane （RTG） is presented. The usual failure through a set of dynamic indicators and failure modes is identified. A set of integrated repair and maintenance processes is established. The running reliability of the equipment is improved by enhancing the regular maintenance and interference prevention.
