摘  要:目的分析并探讨思维导图教学法在诊断学临床实验中的应用价值。方法将中西医结合专业同一班级里54例学生随机分为对照组和观察组,每组27例学生,对照组常规临床实验教学,观察组采用思维导图教学,就思维导图教学法对观察组学生做问卷调查。利用考试成绩对两组学生进行统计分析。结果观察组学生基本掌握创作思维导图方法要领并创作出若干疾病诊断学导图,本研究以糖尿病的诊断为例;问卷调查结果显示,观察组学生中96.3%认为思维导图有趣,比较感兴趣,认为对学习有帮助,并会把思维导图作为今后学习和工作中的一种良好工具;观察组诊断学考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图教学法可以作为诊断学临床实验教学的一种有效手段,能够提高学生成绩及学习兴趣。Objective To analyze and discuss the application value of mind map teaching method in the diagnosis of clinical experiment. Methods 54 students were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group in the same class of Chinese and Western medicine, 27 students in each group, control group routine clinical experiment teaching, the observation group uses the mind map teaching, a questionnaire survey of the students in the observation group was made on the mind map teaching method, statistical analysis of two groups of students using test scores. Results Observation group of students to grasp the basic creative mind mapping methods to create a number of diseases, diagnosis and guide map, this study takes the diagnosis of diabetes as an example, Questionnaire results show, in the observation group, 96.3% of the students think that the mind map was interesting, more interested, think of learning to help, and mind map as a good tool for learning and working in the future. the observation group was better than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Mind mapping teaching method can be used as an effective method in the diagnosis of clinical experimental teaching, be able to improve studentachievement and learning interest.
