摘 要:目的针对消化内科疾病患者在临床治疗中产生感染的特点进行初步探讨,为有效防控患者产生感染提供重要参考依据。方法收集2013年9月-2015年9月的100例消化内科患者的有关资料,采用分析比较方法探讨产生医院感染的主要因素。结果 100例患者中有10例患者产生医院感染症状,感染率为10%。其中4例患者为下呼吸道感染,占40%;病原菌共分离出18株,其中13株为革兰阴性杆菌,占72.1%;2株为革兰阳性杆菌,占11.1%;1株为真菌,占5.6%;肺炎克雷伯菌及大肠埃希菌感染各有1株,分别占5.6%。应用糖皮质激素类药物、患者患有糖尿病、机械插管等都是产生下呼吸道医院感染的危险因素。结论消化内科患者产生感染的比例较高,主要是呼吸道感染,应用糖皮质激素类药物、患者患有糖尿病、机械插管等都是产生下呼吸道医院感染的危险因素。因此,应对预防控制呼吸道疾病提高重视程度,抗菌药物的应用应正确合理,才能降低感染率。Objective To explore the characteristics of the infection in the clinical treatment of patients with digestive disease, and provide an important reference for the effective prevention and control of the infection. Methods The data of 100 cases of patients with digestive diseases were collected from September 2013 to September 2015, and the main factors of nosocomial infection were analyzed and compared. Results Among 100 patients, 10 patients had symptoms of hospital infection, the infection rate was 10%. Including 4 cases of patients with lower respiratory tract infection, accounted for 40%, pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 18 strains, which 13 strains of gram negative bacilli, 72.1%, 2 strains of gram positive bacilli, 11.1%, 1 strains of fungi and 5.6%. Klebsiella pneumoniae and escherichia coli bacteria infection the 1 strains, accounted for 5.6%, respectively. The risk factors of nosocomial infection in lower respiratory tract were the use of glucocorticoid drugs, patients with diabetes, mechanical intubation and so on. Conclusion Patients with gastrointestinal diseases produce higher percentage of infection, respiratory tract infection, application of sugar cortical hormone drugs, patients with diabetes, mechanical ventilation, etc. are risk factors of nosocomial lower respiratory tract infection. Therefore, the prevention and control of respiratory diseases should be improved, the application of antimicrobial agents should be correct and reasonable, in order to reduce the infection rate.
