摘　　要：目的探讨康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症针刀治疗患者中的应用价值。方法选择我院90例腰椎间盘突出症行针刀治疗患者作为研究对象,术中、术后严密监测生命体征变化,术后48h及时指导进行功能锻炼及康复训练,统计分析疗效。结果临床症状完全消失68例,临床症状减轻20例,未愈2例。结论应用针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后患者,密切配合康复护理,提高了治愈率,减少了复发率。Objective To explore the application value of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in patients with acupotomy. Methods 90 cases of lumbar disc herniation underwent needle knife in the treatment of patients as the research object, intraoperative and postoperative close monitoring of vital signs changes, postoperative 48 h timely guidance functional training and rehabilitation training, statistical analysis of efficacy. Results The clinical symptoms disappeared completely in 68 cases, the clinical symptoms of 20 cases, 2 cases healed. Conclusion Application of acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar inter disc herniation patients after, closely cooperate with rehabilitation nursing, and improve the cure rate, reduce the recurrence rate.
