分层级责任制护理在抢救急性脑梗死静脉溶栓护理中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨分层级责任护理在急性脑梗死静脉溶栓的抢救护理配合中发挥的作用。方法选取2014年6月至2015年9月我院急诊科收治的急性脑梗死患者126例,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例,在对两组患者进行血小板聚焦、降低颅内压、促进脑功能恢复等治疗的基础上,对照组采用静脉溶栓护理方法,观察组采用分层级责任制护理方法。观察比较两组的神经功能缺损评分和日常生活活动能力指数评分。结果治疗前两组患者的神经功能损失评分和日常生活活动能力没有很大的差异(P>0.05),经过分层级责任制护理后,观察组的总有效率为95.2%,对照组为82.5%,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层级责任护理提高了急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗抢救护理的效率,也对患者神经功能的恢复和日常生活能力的改善具有极大的促进作用。患者和家属的满意度非常高,同时也提高了患者的生活质量。可以在抢救急性脑梗死静脉溶栓护理中推广应用。Objective To explore the role of the level of nursing care in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with intravenous thrombolysis. Methods 126 patients with acute cerebral infarction methods from June 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were analyzed, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 63 cases in each group, the two groups of patients were lower platelet focus, based on intracranial pressure, cerebral function recovery treatment, the control group using intravenous thrombolytic nursing methods. The observation group adopted level responsibility system nursing method. The scores of neurological deficits and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups. Results Comparison of the loss of neurological function score and activities of daily living between the two groups before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）, after the level responsibility system nursing, the observation group the total effective rate was 95.2%, the control group was 82.5%, the total effective rate of observation group is higher than that of the control group, comparison between groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The level of nursing care to improve theefficiency of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction, but also on the recovery of neurological function and the improvement of the ability of daily life has a great role in promoting. Patients and their families have high satisfaction, but also improve the quality of life of patients.
