摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术后淋巴囊肿的护理干预效果。方法选择2015年3月-2016年3月于我院行腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术的102例患者作为此次研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预。结果观察组淋巴囊肿发生率是5.88%,对照组淋巴囊肿发生率是19.61%,观察组术后淋巴囊肿发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术后实施综合护理干预具有显著效果,能够明显减少术后淋巴囊肿的发生。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on lymphatic cyst after laparoscopic radical operation for cervical cancer. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital, 102 cases of laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer patients were selected as the research object, all the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group was treated with routine nursing, observation group was implemented by comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The rate of incidence about lymph cyst in observation group was 5.88%, that of control group was 19.61%. The rate of incidence about lymph cyst in observation group was significantly less than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cervical cancer radical surgery in significant effect on the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention cansignificantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative lymphocele.
