摘　　要：为解决电力系统电气测量仪器检定、校准工作中标准器使用频繁,标准器损坏几率增大的问题,通过调查发现测量工作中一些不安全因素是致使计量器具损毁甚至人身伤亡的主要原因。指出了电力系统各级电测实验室存在的接地安全隐患问题,并结合黑龙江省电测实验室实际情况给出了正确的仪器接地方法,有效杜绝了电测工作中危险事故的发生。In order to solve the problems in the verification and calibration of power system electrical measurement, such as frequent operation and increasing damage probability of standard implement, this paper concluded that the hidden danger was the main reason for the damage of electrical measuring instrument or even personal injury in the measurement, propose the grounding hidden danger in all levels of power system electrical measuring laboratories, and worked out the correct grounding method for measuring instruments based on the actual situation of Heilongjiang electrical measuring laboratory, which effectively put an end to the accident in electrical measurement.
