摘  要:吉育609是利用"三系法"选育的大豆杂交种,不育系为JLCMS103A,恢复系为JLR102。吉育609的主要特点是高油、高产、稳产。两年区域试验平均产量2 795.9公斤/公顷,较对照增产17.0%;生产试验平均产量2 653.8公斤/公顷,较对照增产2.2%。人工接种鉴定抗大豆花叶病毒病混合株系,抗大豆灰斑病。田间自然诱发鉴定,抗大豆花叶病毒病、大豆灰斑病,高抗大豆霜霉病、大豆细菌性斑点病,感大豆食心虫。籽粒脂肪含量22.54%,蛋白质含量37.52%,适宜吉林省和黑龙江省早熟区种植。Hybrid soybean cuhivar Jiyu 609 was developed from the crosses between JLCMS 103A (CMS A line) × JLR102 (CMS R line). The main characteristics of this cuhivar are high oil content, high and stable yield. The average yield of Jiyu 609 was 2 795.9 kg/ha in two-year regional test and 2 653.8 kg/ha in production trial, which was 17.0% and 2.2% higher compared with the control cuhivar respectively. The results of artificial inoculation indicated that Jiyu 609 was resistant to soybean mix strain of mosaic virus and Cercospora sojina Hara. The identification to the natural induction in field showed that this cultivar was resistant to soybean mosaic virus, Cereospora sojina Hara, highly resistant to soybean germs spot, soybean downy mildew but susceptible to soybean pod borer. The seed oil content and protein content of Jiyu 609 were 22.54% and 37.52% respectively. The variety is adapted to be cultivated in Jilin Province and early to middle mature zone in Heilongjiang Province.
