摘　　要：医院文化是医院体制建设的一部分,对医护人员具有积极正向的引导作用。优秀的医院文化可以构建良好的医院氛围,促进医院的发展,提升医院形象,对临床医生的理念起到积极引导作用,是员工积极行为的导向,在临床医生的管理中起到了重要的作用。Hospital culture is a part of the hospital system construction,which has a guiding role for the medical staff. Good hospital culture can build a good atmosphere,to promote the development of the hospital,improve the image of the hospital. The clinician＇s philosophy to the positive guidance,the direction of positive employee behavior,in the clinician management plays a important role.
