探讨不同锌制剂治疗小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨不同锌制剂治疗小儿抗生素相关性腹泻及预防腹泻的临床效果。方法收集我院确诊患有相关性腹泻的儿童60例。研究组实施特制的锌硒制剂治疗,对照组仅使用葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗。结果研究组腹泻消失时间少于对照组,研究组腹泻复发率低于对照组。结论对患有小儿抗生素相关性腹泻实施含锌制剂治疗效果良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of different zinc preparations in the treatment of antibiotic associated diarrhea in children and the prevention of diarrhea. Methods A collection of 60 children diagnosed with associated diarrhea in our hospital. The study group was treated with zinc and selenium,and the control group was treated with zinc sulfate oral solution only. Results The disappearance time of diarrhea in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,the incidence of diarrhea in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The effect of zinc preparation in the treatment of children with antibiotic associated diarrhea is significant.
