血必净注射液对创伤性凝血病患者的凝血功能及微循环灌注的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究血必净注射液对创伤性凝血病患者的凝血功能及微循环灌注的影响。方法 选取我院2012年10月-2016年3月收治的54例创伤性凝血病患者,随机分为观察组（n=32）和对照组（n=22）,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组加用血必净注射液治疗,对比两组FIB、TT、APTT、PT、DD、血乳酸含量、并发症发生率和病死率。结果 观察组治疗后FIB高于对照组,TT、APTT、PT低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后6 h、15 h、24 h两组乳酸含量均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后15 h、24 h乳酸含量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 血必净注射液可减少血乳酸的含量,改善创伤性凝血病患者的凝血功能和微循环灌注状态,降低并发症的发生率,具有较高的实用价值。Objective To study the effect of Xuebijing Injection on patients with traumatic coagulopathy and coagulation function of microcirculation. Methods 54 cases of traumatic coagulation disorders were selected in our hospital from October 2012 to March 2016,they were randomly divided into observation group（n=32） and control group（n=22）,Two groups were given conventional treatment,the observation group plus Xuebijing injection. We compared the two groups FIB,TT,APTT,PT,DD,blood lactic acid content,the incidence of complications and mortality. Results After treatment,the observation group FIB was higher than the control group,TT,APTT,PT was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment,6 h,15 h,24 h for two groups of lactic acid content were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the observation group after treatment,15 h,24 h of lactic acid content in observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing injection can reduce the content of blood lactic acid,reduce the complications,improve patients with traumatic coagulopathy in coagulation function and microcirculation in incidence,with high practical value.
