综合护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者的疗效影响

摘　　要：目的 观察综合护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者的影响。方法 选择2014年6月-2016年2月我院收治的100例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,所有患者采取随机抽取法分为实验组和对照组,实验组60例接受综合护理干预,对照组40例接受常规护理,对比护理效果。结果 接受综合护理的妊娠糖尿病患者相比接受常规护理的妊娠糖尿病患者,其护理满意度、护理依从性以及血糖控制等方面均明显较好（P〈0.05）。结论 综合护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者有很好的护理结果,能有效改善妊娠情况。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Chose 100 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women from June 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital as the object of study,all patients all divided into two groups by random sampling method,with comprehensive nursing intervention for 60 cases in study group,routine nursing care of 40 cases in control group,compared nursing effect. Results The comprehensive nursing care of pregnant women with diabetes are higher than the routine care of diabetic pregnant women regarding to satisfaction,nursing compliance and control of blood sugar and so on（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnant women with gestational diabetes has good nursing results,can effectively improve the pregnancy condition.
