摘　　要：技术创新对于增强复杂产品系统(Co PS)集成商的市场竞争力尤为重要。在Co PS创新和企业技术创新系统分析的基础上,通过实证考察确定了复杂产品系统集成商技术创新系统的34个构成要素,分析了各要素之间的影响关系,并应用解释结构模型(ISM)方法构建了复杂产品系统集成商技术创新系统模型,论述了系统模型各组成部分的内部工作机制和相互关系。Technological innovation is particularly important to enhance the market competitiveness of Complex Product Systems （COPS） integrators. Based on the analysis of CoPS innovation and enterprise technological innovation system, this paper recognizes 34 influential factors through many empirical studies for the technological innovation system of CoPS integrators and analyzes the relationship among the factors. The technological innovation system model of CoPS integrators is described in the Interpretive Structural Modeling （ISM） method and the internal working mechanism of each component in the model is also given.
