路志正养阴柔肝法辨治儿童甲状腺功能亢进症经验

摘　　要：介绍路志正辨治儿童甲状腺功能亢进症的经验。认为儿童甲状腺功能亢进症亦可由七情致病,病机以肝郁为中心,与五脏失调相关,水湿无以运化,渐化成痰,肝郁化火,致痰热壅结,发为本病。治以养阴柔肝为法,强调一要注意顾护脾胃;二要从肺调肝,佐金平木。This article introduces LU Zhizheng＇s experience in diagnosing and treating hyperthyroidism in chil- dren. Prof. LU holds that hyperthyroidism in children could be caused by emotions, and the cause is focused on liver depression, and is related with the dysfunction of five-zang. When the water could not be transported and transformed, phlegm will be formed, then liver depression forms fire, phlegm-heat obstructs, and finally the hyperthyroid- ism develops. In treatment, nourishing Yin and calming liver should be used. Prof. LU emphasizes to protect spleen and stomach, and to regulate liver from lung, which means to assist metal to calm wood.
