《临证指南医案》治疗呕吐用药规律探讨

摘　　要：通过对叶天士《临证指南医案·呕吐》中的处方用药进行统计发现,治呕吐出现频次较高的药物有补虚药、温里药、化湿药、理气药、化痰药等。叶天士治呕吐的常用方剂有泻心汤、温胆汤、理中汤、真武汤、旋覆代赭汤、左金丸、外台茯苓饮、乌梅丸等。叶天士治呕吐以调和肝胃为总纲,兼通阳、健脾、除湿、化痰、降逆、消痞为法。By statistically analyzing prescriptions and drugs in Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Record about Emesis （临证指南医案） of YE Tianshi, the researchers found that higher frequency Chinese herbs to treat emesis include tonifying herbs, resolving dampness herbs, interior-warming herbs, Qi-regulating herbs and phlegm-expelling herbs. The commonly-used prescriptions of YE Tianshi treating emesis include Xiexin Tang （ 泻心汤）, Wendan Tang （温胆汤）, Lizhong Tang （理中汤）, Zhenwu Tang （ 真武汤）, Xuanfu Daizhe Tang （ 旋覆代赭汤 ）, Zuojin Wan （左金丸）, Waitai Fuling Yin （外台茯苓饮） and Wumei Wan （乌梅丸）. In treating emesis, YE Tianshi used regulating the function of the liver and stomach as general principle, and combined with activating Yang, tonifying spleen, removing damp, reducing phlegm, calming the adverse-rising energy and eliminating mass.
