摘　　要：西方福利标准理论是西方福利经济学中关于如何判断不同社会状态优劣问题的理论,它包括帕累托标准、各种补偿检验、基于基数效用的各种福利标准等。本文主要包括四个部分:一是帕累托标准为什么会流行;二是基于基数效用的各种福利标准为什么会兴起;三是西方福利标准理论有哪些发展动向;四是对西方福利标准理论的三点评论。最后,本文进行了总结,说明西方福利标准理论的发展对中国经济的启示。Western theory of welfare criteria, one part of welfare economics, is concerned with how to judge what social state is preferred among relevant ones. It has varieties of welfare criteria, like Pareto Criterion, Compensation Principle, criteria based on cardinal utility, and so on. This paper includes four parts： why did the Pareto Criterion become popular？ Why does criteria based on cardinal utility put forward？ What developments does the theory have？ And three comments are put forward on the theory. This paper concludes with the implications for Chinese economy.
