摘　　要：设计和应用院内物流管理系统,对手术耗材采用定数和标准手术耗材套包2种管理方法 ,实行手术耗材定数包装、及时配送、库存可视监控、全程信息追溯的信息化管理,降低了手术室耗材管理的劳动成本、库存成本和人力成本,提高了手术室耗材管理质量与运营效率。We designed and applied SPD logistics management system and used both quantitative and standard surgical kit methods for surgical consumables management,and information management was performed in surgical consumables quantitative（standard） packaging,timely delivery ,inventory visual monitoring and whole-process informa- tion tracing, This method successfully reduced costs of labor,inventory,and human resource regarding consumables management in the operating room,and effectively improved efficiency of management.
