摘 要:以外墙多孔饰面砖和地面多孔透水砖这两种典型的城市下垫面材料为研究对象,利用风洞模拟夏热冬暖地区代表城市的夏季典型室外热环境状况,对两材料分别在干湿状态下的隔热性能展开研究,结果表明:该多孔外墙饰面砖适宜用作墙体蒸发降温的水分载体,吸水润湿后分别降低墙体内、外表面温度达6.7℃和13.5℃,被动蒸发冷却作用显著,且能保持一周的降温优势。多孔透水砖外表面最大降温达6.1℃,被动蒸发优势主要体现在实验初期和后续上午时段,且对室外气温起到削峰延迟作用。Porous decorative brick of external walls and ground porous permeable brick that served as two typical urban underlying materials were research objects; wind tunnel was adopted to simulate the typical summer outdoor thermal environment of representative cities in hot summer and warm winter region. Thus, heat insulation performances of two materials in both dry and wet conditions were studied respectively. Results showed that the porous exterior wall brick could be used as water carrier for evaporative cooling of wall. After wetting by means of water absorption, inside and outside surface temperature of building wall could be reduced by 6.7 ~C and 13.5 ~C respectively. Not only was passive evaporative cooling effect remarkable, but also the cooling advantage could stay for a week. In addition, the maximum reduction of the external surface temperature of porous permeable brick reached 6. 1 ~C. Its passive evaporative advantages were manifested mainly in the initial period of experiments and the subsequent morning session. Moreover, they played a peak clipping and delay action on the outdoor temperature.
