摘 要:在建筑能耗与房间空气品质评价过程中,气密性都是重要参数。本文采用示踪气体的浓度衰减法对徽州传统民居气密性进行了实测。分析徽州传统民居不同天井类型、不同功能房间、不同门窗开启度下房间气密性变化。实验表明:徽州传统民居厅堂较厢房的通风效果好;厢房换气次数与门窗开口的大小及位置分布有关;回字形天井民居对自然通风的调节能力较一字形天井民居更强。Air tightness was an important parameter in the process of building energy consumption calculation and indoor air quality evaluation. In this paper, the air tightness of Huizhou traditional residences was measured by a tracer gas concentration decay method. The indoor air tightness under different conditions (i. e. , different types of dooryards, different functional rooms, different opening degrees of door and/or windows) was analyzed and compared with each other. Experiment showed that the ventilation in living room was better than that in the bedroom. The size and position of opening also had significant effects on the air exchange time of the bedroom. In this study, natural ventilation was proven to be better in the square dooryard houses than that in the one-shaped dooryard houses.
