摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定绿衣枳壳药材中葡萄内酯含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18(150mm×4.6 mm,5 m),流动相:乙腈-水(80∶20),流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长324nm,柱温25℃。结果葡萄内酯在0.088 96~0.533 76μg(r=0.9999)的进样量范围内呈良好的线性关系;其平均回收率(n=6)为98%,RSD为0.5%。结论该文法准确、简便,可用于绿衣枳壳药材中葡萄内酯的含量测定。Objective To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of aurapten in Ftuctus Ponciri Trifoliatae. Methods The HPLC system consisted of a Diamonsil C ls column （150mm × 4.6 mm,5 m）and the mobile phase consisted of aceto- nitrile - water （ 80：20） at the flow rate of 1.0ml · min - 1. The detection wavelength was 324 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results The content of aurapten had good linear relationship in the range of 0. 088 96 -0.533 76 μg（ r = 0. 999 9） ,and the average recoveries of aurapten was 98% with RSD of 0.5%. Conclusion That method is convenient, accurate and reliable, which can be appiled to the content determination of aurapten in Fructus Poneiri Trifoliatae.
