摘　　要：当前,受传统教育思想和教育体制的限制,大学生在校期间缺乏对未来的职业设计和规划,学习目标不明确,缺乏学习动力,在就业前不知所措,严重影响学生就业。本文以调查问卷为基础,结合平时教学实践,对理工科大学生职业规划中普遍存在的问题进行分析解剖,并提出解决问题的方法和思路。At present, many college students do not have clear career plan for the future. It is not only a consequence of the traditional educational thought and system, but also an urgent matter to deal with. Students who do not have clear vision of their future career, usually do not have a clear learning object and lack study motivation. They also usually have problems in job seeking, and may easily lose the job even if they get one. On the basis of a questionnaire survey and teaching experience, this paper analyzed the problems in career planning of college students of science and engineering, and put forward some possible solutions.
