摘　　要：在自然界和人类社会活动中,信息是普遍存在的,因此,开展关于信息的研究是探寻世界本源和思考未来社会发展的重要渠道和方式。但是,对信息的不同认识已经成为当前不同领域在信息研究过程中所面临的共性问题。本文以观测者为视角,通过建立关于物理世界和信息世界客观对称关系模型,表征了信息的客观存在性。同时,构建了信息外构模型,并用该模型探讨了信息观测者开展信息活动的本质,进而分析了信息观测者的条件和分类。除此之外,阐述了人类作为信息观测者外构信息的逻辑过程。本文所提出的理论观点为探索物理一信息世界提供了一种新的认识理论与认识方法,并且该理论和方法具有一般性。Information commonly exists in nature and human social activities and therefore study of information is an important way to explore the origin of world and think about the future of social development. However, the different way of understanding information has become a common problem in the process of information research in different fields. In this paper, the objective existence of information is characterized from the perspective of observer by establishing the objective symmetric relational model as to the physical world and information world. Meanwhile, the out-structure model of information is built and used for discussing the essence of information activities as well as analyzing the condition and classification of the information observer. In addition, the logical process of out-structure of information is described when human is taken as the information observer. This general theoretical point of view provides a new understanding of the physical and informational world.
