周围性面瘫头面部疼痛症状与针刺预后的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察周围性面瘫患者急性期头面部疼痛症状对本病恢复情况的影响。方法:本课题共纳入69例急性期周围性面瘫患者,填写"周围性面瘫患者调查表",根据有无头面部疼痛分为疼痛组与无疼痛组2组并进行相同的针刺治疗。记录每位患者的就诊情况及治疗期间的病情变化,对每位患者运用Portmann简易评分量表进行评分。结果:周围性面瘫患者在针刺治疗1个月、2个月及3个月随访时无疼痛组疗效优于疼痛组,差异有统计学意义;周围性面瘫疼痛组患者疼痛时间与疗效呈负相关。结论:周围性面瘫患者无疼痛组针刺疗效优于疼痛组,疼痛时间越长预后越差。提示临床医师应重视面瘫患者头面部疼痛症状的治疗,尽早改善其疼痛,从而缩短患者病程,减少或避免后遗症的发生,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the effects of peripheral facial paralysis in acute stagepatients with facial pain symptoms on the recovery of the disease. Method： This thesis included 69 cases of acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis patients,to fill out ＂the questionnaire of peripheral facial paralysis patients＂,and divide into two groups according to the presence or absence of head and facial pain,conduct the same acupuncture treatment. To record the treatment and the changes of disease during the treatment period,Using the Portmann summary score scale for each patient. Results： 1.Patients with peripheral facial paralysis in no pain group are better than the pain group during the acupuncture treatment after one month and three months follow-up. 2. The pain time and curative effect of patients with peripheral facial paralysis in pain group have negative correlation（ r =- 0. 501）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Patients with peripheral facial paralysis in no pain group is better than the pain group. The time of pain is longer,the prognosis is worse. Clinicians should pay attention to the treatment of head and facial pain symptoms in patients with peripheral facial paralysis. So it can shorten the course of disease,reduce or avoid the occurrence of sequelae,improve the life quality of the patients.
