我国公共自行车租赁服务发展思考

摘　　要：为了促进公共自行车租赁服务更为完善,基于现阶段国内如北京、杭州等城市的公共自行车租赁服务发展现状,梳理目前存在的问题,比如公共自行车租赁服务设施维护成本高、租赁服务流程尚不完善、服务对象和跨区服务受限等。用比较分析方法,对数据进行分析,并借鉴国外先进管理经验,就优化公共自行车租赁服务发展提出几点相关建议,如加大政府扶持力度、完善基础设施建设、合理设置网点、保障骑行环境、提升运维水平、降低后期成本等措施。In order to promote the perfect development of public bike rental service,based on the public bicycles service status in Beijing,Hangzhou and other cities at current stage to list existing problems,such as：high maintenance costs of public bicycle rental facilities,imperfect rental service process,limitation of service objects and interregional service.This paper uses the comparative analysis,through data analysis and reference of foreign advanced management experience,and finally puts forward some recommendations in optimizing public bike rental service development,such as：improvement of government support,improvement of infrastructure construction,reasonable set of network,security of riding environment,enhancement of operation and maintenance level,and reducing of final-period costs.
