摘　　要：为了适应建筑工业化的需要,提高工业化住宅建筑外窗系统产品及工程质量,保证节能、安全和环保性能符合使用要求,促进建筑节能门窗技术的有序发展,中国工程建设标准化协会标准CECS 437:2016《工业化住宅建筑外窗系统技术规程》于2016年9月1日实施。介绍该标准的编写背景、标准制订的主要内容和条款,旨在对提高我国工业化住宅建筑外窗系统技术水平,规范建筑外窗产品质量起到积极的作用。In order to meet the needs of building industrialization,to promote the product and engineering quality of exterior window,to insure energy-saving,safety and environmental performance,and to promote the technology development of building energy-saving windows,CECS 437： 2016 ＂Technical Specification for Exterior Window System of Industrialized Residential Buildings＂ will be put into effect On September 1,2016. In this paper,the background,main contents and terms of this standard were introduced. The formulation of this standard aims to improve technology level of exterior window of industrialized residential buildings and play an active role in the product quality specification of exterior window.
