摘　　要：针对我国建筑施工企业习惯于从本企业利益保障角度处理分包风险问题的思维定式,借鉴价值网战略的基本理念,提出分包风险管理新模式,即通过关注所有项目参与者的价值实现来有效地规避分包风险,据此构建建筑施工企业分包风险管理体系,以提高我国建筑施工企业的分包风险管理水平。Based on the thinking pattern of protecting the own rights of the Chinese construction enterprises to deal with the subcontracting risk issues, this paper proposes the new subcontracting risk management model with reference to the basic theory of value net strategy. Under this model, the subcontracting risk is effectively avoided through focusing on value of all the stakeholders, which is the basis to establish the construction enterprise subcontracting risk management system. This research will be valuable to improve the subcontracting risk management level of construction enterprise.
