摘  要:为改善Ti6Al4V表面的生物摩擦学性能,利用激光表面织构化技术在其表面制作仿鲨鱼皮形貌图案.以Zr O2/Ti6Al4V为摩擦副,在MRTR多功能摩擦磨损试验机上进行干摩擦和不同润滑环境下的球-盘往复直线摩擦学试验,并采用扫描电镜观察试样表面的磨痕形貌。结果表明:干摩擦下,仿鲨鱼皮形貌Ti6A14V的摩擦因子比未仿鲨鱼皮形貌的降低了0.035,降幅达70%;在不同润滑环境下,仿鲨鱼皮形貌Ti6A14V的摩擦因子,相比未仿鲨鱼皮形貌呈现不同程度的下降。试样干摩擦下主要发生磨粒磨损和粘着磨损,但随着润滑剂中透明质酸和γ-球蛋白浓度的增加,试样出现了腐蚀磨损。In order to improve the bio-tribology performance of Ti6A14V surface, the imitation shark skin appearance pattern on Ti6A14V surface was prepared by laser surface texture technology. The ball-disc reciprocating linear tribological experiment under different lubricants with dry friction were carried out by MRTR multifunetion friction and wear testing machine using ZrO2/Ti6A14V as friction pair. The wear scar morphology of the sample surface was observed by SEM. The results show that for dry friction, the friction factor of the imitation shark skin morphology Ti6A14V reduces by 0.035 than those without imitation shark skin morphology, a decline of 70%. For different lubrication conditions, the friction factor of imitation shark skin morphology Ti6A14V shows different degrees of decline compared with those without imitation shark skin morphology. The wear of samples are mainly abrasive wear and adhesive wear for dry friction, but the corrosive wear happens with the increase of concentration of hyaluronic acid and γ- globulin in the lubricant.
