摘 要:以峰谷电价和电动汽车数量作为变量,建立了电动汽车用户群充电日负荷曲线的计算模型,计算了不同变量条件下的充电负荷,研究了峰谷电价和电动汽车数量对充电站运营商、电动汽车用户经济性的影响,得到了运营商利润和用户使用成本的计算公式。分析了充电设施利用率和峰谷电价对充电站运营商盈利能力的影响,发现运营商车桩比为7时,临界盈亏点的充电电价可以降低到1元左右;通过计算发现电动汽车用户购车和购电池费用比燃油汽车高8?10万元以内时(政府补贴后),在使用年限内总费用比燃油汽车更经济。In this paper, calculation model of daily charging load curve of electric vehicle is established. Charging load is calculated with time-of-use electricity price and number of electric vehicles. Under condition of different variables, charging load, economic performance of charging station operators and electric vehicle users are calculated. Calculation formula of operating profit and vehicle user's cost is obtained. Influence of charging facility utilization rate and time-of-use electricity price on operator's profitability is analyzed, finding out when vehicle-pile-proportion is equal to 7, charging price at critical profit-loss point can be reduced to 1 RMB Yuan and charging price change is very slow. If user spends less than 80000 RMB Yuan for buying electric vehicle and batteries than that for fuel vehicle (after subsidies), total cost of electric vehicle in service life period is more economical than fuel vehicles.
