摘 要:这里讲的新理论是相对于2004年编著的《信息化教育概论》所建立的理论体系而言。新理论有五个"新",一是信息化教育的新含义;二是信息化教育的理论基础新加了一个信息科学理论(信息论、系统论、控制论);三是信息化教育的基本理论中建立了新的信息教育理论和协同教育理论;四是新建立了现代信息技术在教育中应用的应用理论;五是建立了一种以理论基础、基本理论和应用理论构成的信息化教育学科理论新体系。The theory that presented in this paper is relatively new to the theory that was proposed in Introduction to Informationalized Education, which was published in 2004. This new theory is "new" in that: 1) it defines a new meaning of Informationalized Education; 2) it embraces the information sciences theories (Information Theory, System Theory, and Control Theory) as the theoretical foundations of Informationalized Education; 3) it establishes new information sciences education theory and collaborative education theory, and includes them as part of the basic theories of Informationalized Education; 4) it newly creates the theory for the application of information technology in education; 5) it constructs a new theoretical system for the discipline of Informationalized Education that consists of the theoretical foundations, the basic theories, and the application theories.
